I ran into this site lookin fer some ideers for a project '39 ford. Looks like a nice lil site to hangout at.
I have been wrenchin for 30+ ...started with tecumsehs and lawn mower wheels...spent most of my youth buildin and crashin dirt bikes. Started my car days at 14 with a 68 SS396 Chevelle rebuild. Had it done finally at 18. Just in time for my first Harley. Spent the rest of my childhood {up to and including the age of 29} building pickups and bikes mostly, and now, as I have started to enjoy my later teenage years, i have finally collected enuf odds'n'ends to start a few different builds that I have always wanted. A 39 ford tudor sedan is my next startup, using a diplomat cop car for the donor. Currently I am in the middle of a truck project right now, a '56 Kenworth needle nose, goin back on the road with it {everthin gets worked around here}.We have a few 4X4s also, a 87 Chevy, 6 in lift, 33 in rubber, nice clean original untouched pickup. Another 4X4, a 83 Chev Sub, 10 in lift on Ruff Country springs and Rancho Nitros sittin on 37 in tires. Nicely built 350 sportsman motor with rollers and a fresh tranny. We have a small ranch in Nebraska, this is just a starter sample! so.....in a nutshell.....ther'yar.
