The 61st edition of the Gopher State Timing Assn. show took place this weekend. I've been to almost all of them. Here's some of the more interesting cars there. First is a Nash Metropolitan with a LS engine

Second is another Nash Metroploitan with an LS engine. Who woulda though there would be two at one show?

My friend Titus owns this 292 Y block powered '32 3 window and the '32 roadster destined to run at the Race of Gentlemen on the Jersey shore this summer.

My friend Bearded Bob (he's got a Billy Gibbons beard and nobody has seen his face for 30 years) just finished this '37 Chev.

My friend Bill (he was goalie for the U of Minnesota Duluth in the 60's) Just finished this Willys sedan. A perfect companion for his Willys coupe.
Here's a Model A coupe that runs 8.70's and gets street driven, a little.

Here's a Stude long roof for you, DMW.
It was a pretty darn good show for an indoor show. Traditionally it is the kick off to the rodding season in Minnesota.
