Guess I should start a build thread. I've got a 1953 dodge pickup I've owned for 8 years or so. I drove the truck with the flathead the day I got it up until about three years ago when I yanked the flathead and pursued putting a 318 in the truck. As of now the engine is nearly done. Been put on the back burner quite a bit but now I'm finally finishing it. Bored 40 over, swirl port heads, 4 barrel street dominator intake and a purple cam to start.

Now the 26 i picked last year as part of a trade. I had another dodge pickup i traded for a 38 two door dodge coupe and the 26 sedan. I ended up trading the 38 for a chassis for the 26. I've always wanted a rat now I can build my own. I picked up a 77 dodge 3/4 ton with a 360 in hopes to use the engine in the sedan but have decided to make a mudder out of the truck since its runs so good.
