Thanks Brad for figuring out how to get Mrs Crankenstiens attention. Doc called me yesterday afternoon and we had a good hour long talk. He is doing about the same, says he has caught up on sleep and is not as tired. He was expressing an interest on getting back to work on the Chev project in the near future, that's a good sign.

Bob W can you PM me your phone # he would like to talk to you.

[cl Good to hear that the good Doctor is surviving, adjusting, and doin' what needs doin'. I can assure y'all of one thing, if I were in his shoes, I'd be cranky as all ... I suspect he will be back in due time. [cl

Thanks Glen and Brad for making this possible.

I had a nice, long telephone conversation with Kim the other night. Got to know the man, the myth, the legend quite a bit better.

Man, are his posts missed here. Such a sharp guy. And a quick, quirky wit.

Please keep your prayers and well-wishes aimed his way.

It's a small small world guys

So the last month or so I have been experiencing shortness of breath, and chest pain. My Dr has been trying to get me into see a cardiologist but covid has them not cooperating. Wednesday is got real bad and my nitro didn't help so i went to emergency they did a bunch of tests and said no heart attack go home. I was not happy with this and got into see my family dr who was furious. He made one call and had me on stat list, go home and wait for a call. At 130 Thursday morning I got the call and a 4.5 hour ambulance ride the the Regina heart center. Thursday at 130 I hand an angiogram and they found everything ok in my heart. They moved me to the cardiac ward to wait for a lung specialist who saw me yesterday at 430. He suspects i have COPD, emphysema. They discharged me to come home this morning. About an hour and a half before my ride got there i walked out into the hall coming face to face with a familiar fellow who said Glen? I said Kim? And such started our first face to face meet and an hour and an half hall chat, we were one room apart for 24 hours.
The good Doc has been in the hospital since mid September, the good news is they found and repaired a hole in his heart, he has lost a ton of weight and is on the mend.👍👍👍

Great news on the good Doc!

I have COPD myself, too many years of smoking.
Not much they can do, you just have to pace yourself.

Sorry for your troubles Dozer.... I say a prayer for you when I lay my head down. Small word meeting Doc..... glad he is ok.

Stay onto of your health and take it slow....we need you brother.
