Nice to know you have no felonies on your record e-man.

No Gruber's last week because of Back to the 50's. Seemed to have an infestation of Mopars tonight. First is Billy's Willys. Then a plastic car and a Firebird with a 400. Mopar, Mopar. Brad's 300,000 mile fastback. "Nother Mopar with a cross ram wedge and a 4,000 pound Camaro. And my old boy, Sam.
A beautiful night. Brian brought 3 RC airplanes. No fights.

What engine does the Olds have Bob?

At the present time, a 455 Buick. This car has been coast to coast and border to border.

Here's a poster in my man hovel (cave) with Brad's car in a different color. Probably 25 years ago.

Great poster! Didn't see the nifty park lights before. Also love the price on the full meal deal at Porkys [cl
I used to think those early 60's Mopars were kinda quirky looking but now their individuality is something to celebrate after all the belly button cars nowadays....

Yes, Porkeys has been torn down. But don't despair, it was rebuilt in a park containing other historic structures. The Minnesota Street Rod Assn. has the fall picnic there. I dated a few car hops from Porkeys. A kid's meal was cheap. Included a burger, fries and a small malt. I had to order it "to go" for my "little brother" so they wouldn't see it was for me. Pretty sneaky, eh?

Agreed on the Mopars. Even the mega finned late 50's Mopars look good to me now. All the car designers use the same wind tunnel now.

Missed last Thursday cuz we went drag racing. Here's the newbies that were there tonight. A Buick Sedanette? A fair Fairlane and then Schlor's big block '37. You've seen retired cop Mike's long roof before. A really, really nice Oldsie showed up. Butt shot of my little fella. Here's the remains of my dragster trailer ready to go to the scrap yard to be made into a Toyota.

Saturday at Stillwater Motors

Stopped in at the All GM show today. A whole mile from my house. Didn't take many pics of Camaros or plastic cars, except for my favorite '62 'Vette. Here goes:

It's taking forever to load these pictures. Oh well, watching MMA fights while waiting.

Thanks Bob. Did you have one of yours there?
I drove the Fiat and parked on the street. Couldn't sneak it in as a Chevy.

Another perfect evening at Greg's. A close up of Dell's scoop (Ed Iskenderian just celebrated his 100th birthday) and Jerry's '37 Chevy dashboard. My old '49 Mayflower with a skinny passenger in the rear. Odie's big block drop top and Mike, the retired cop's Ford.
This 396 Chevelle just woke up from a 40 year slumber. Pretty untouched. Reportedly, it is a rare 425 horse.
