I will probably regret asking this,but has anybody tried to get a new title from the MA RMV for an out of state non-titled vehicle? I own a 1948 F1 p\up its not hot, already ran vin numbers. bill of sale only, from recyclers in Texas. any info-help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks John
