Well here we go.I'm not much for words like to keep it short and sweet. Got a 48 cab and decided to have fun with it . So far 7" chop ,bobbed rear and 4 link. Still can't decide on bed ?Any suggestions?

I like it, a "monkey face" without the monkey face, a much better look IMO. Where do you live? I have a '53-'56 bed that i'm not going to use...

As short as it is behind your cab, maybe an old trunk would work out good, just a thought.

It sure is off to a great start so far.

Thanks guys . Well I got a 390 w/trans out of a 67 galaxie.probaly make my own pipes. SR8 hmm good idea !!!

I think it would look cool to put an old turtle deck on the back of that with the rear end so short.

Well finally making progress!!! She's a roller finished the front suspension rebuilt brakes , steering linkage, shorten driveshaft, panhard bar, coils, and shocks. Still debaeting on a hood.

Nice build Stretch!!!! I like the rear fenders also... As far as the hood,,, Can you cut the hood , start on each side of the emblem (the width of the rad. sup.) go up and over the emblem. Cut it right off, the hood should fit around the rad. sup. then remount the emblem farther up on the hood.. Just a thought i had. Cool chop also!!!

Thanks, Im just not sure if iwant to run a hood just getting ideas. Also I would like yall's opinion on grille placement . Behind the axle or in front.The gap between the motor and grille is bothering me.
