I have been working on this 89 on and off for a few years. I was doing good with it until the front fuel pump went out. I changed it and that one went after a short period sitting. It was not even on the road. I put another in and it was fine but the pump in the tank went. I dropped the tank and the pump looked horrible as did the tank. I got a new tank and pump plus new straps. I am struggling to get the fuel filler back in. It is a filler tube connected to the truck where you put gas in with a large rubber hose around it, I can't get everything to go back together. I tried many ways, hose on tank first, hose on filler first. I told my Wife if it wasn't so close to the barn I'd torch it. Anyone ever put one of these on? Any tips? Thanks. Jim
