Swap meet at the White Post Auto Museum in Tappen B.C. If you've seen the Rust Valley Restorers show, it's at the entrance to the driveway to the Rust Bros. shop. Usual swap meet junk, more of a social event but there were some interesting (to me anyways) rides - hearses seemed to hang around the Hennway...[S

A few more pics, couple of COE cabs, a Ute, Packard limo, nice 46 Chev, a 40ish 4X4, and Mike and Avery from the 'reality' show.

I've only driven by on the highway. Thanks for sharing!

Are you going to the big "Rust Valley" auction in a couple weeks?

You know, I heard that Mike was selling off his 'collection' but hadn't checked it out until you brought it up. Hmmm, a lot of rough stuff, not much of interest to me but you never know what people will buy. .. I met him almost 20 yrs ago when I answered an ad for a 40 Packard 2dr with a 4dr parts car for $4500 - it was way too much then and I see he still has it! He told me then that his cars were his RSPs but I don't think they've gone up in value - that one has picked up more dents and lost parts over the years, not likely to go for more than a few hundred. Because of the TV exposure it will probably draw a crowd of looky-loos, but it's sure to be a gong show getting them out of there. The real winners will be the towing/recovery guys 'cause there's an
October 18 deadline to get them out of the field and it's sure to turn into a mudhole at that time of the year.

Ah, I figured he had always been a bit nuts. That's funny and not surprising that the cars are still there. There are a couple 62 Olds coupes that are interesting, but I imagine they're much worse than the pictures make them look.

At the 2022 White Post Swap Meet today, same old junk but I did this really neat GMC six in a Model A. A different animal from the Chevy six, not many parts interchange, I've heard. Also got a shot of the Hennway next to a Model A pickup, gives an idea of the very different proportions it has...
