Dodge Power Wagon?
I'm going to say Power Wagon or Binder but without doing any research Diamond Reo is remotely possible. I tried to buy a Diamond Reo in Missouri couple years ago off ebay for the cab and front end to do exactly this....

?

Ok, I think the grill like stated is a 35 diamond T.The cab is a 37 international, see firewall lines.I believe the hood is also international too.

Diamond t was shameless, they used other makers cabs.

I'll be adding a few more links but here is one http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diamond_T If you look at some of the pics you can see that they are binder cabs (the 58). and one really looks like a power wagon. Here is a link to a 38 Diamond T http://www.flickr.com/photos/grummantravels/5982869499/ notice the fenders look the same as Sneakysnakes posted pics. Really I have no clue, I would guess IH and DT had the same body tin manufacturer. But with that here is some cool stuff http://www.earlyamericanautomobiles.com/amesburyautos4.htm
