So up to now, researching, I found that it may be a TT worm drive rear axle. 1909-1927.

The spindle to axle has more clearance where it's welded is all I see

It's a Model T front axle. Don't use it except on a stock Model T.

Because it was only designed to hold up about 800 lbs.
