It was in a 36 ford dump truck but other then that I have no clue if it was the original motor for the truck, the size, or if it worth anything more than a boat anker.

The block is seized and I found some old welded cracks, just haven't had time to crack it open, or if it is worth cracking open.

If it is a 36 Mike there is a chance that it has poured bearings as they didn't go to replaceable rod and main bearings until sometime during the 36 production year. Count the number of head studs. If there are 24 it is later than a 36. 1936 still had 21.
Cracks look like they appear to be on the oil pan. If you want to mess with it the first thing is to try to get the heads off. They may be stuck on as well.
If you get them off look for cracks between the valves and the clyinders.
This is the most common(but not only)place that they crack.
Chances are good you will have to drill out the piston if they are seized up.
I would strip it for parts. Carb, intake ,generator starter, fuel pump and stand ect.
Should be able to get a few bucks out of it if nothing else.
I have been messing with Flatty's since the 70's and I still learn something new all the time.
Back in 1981 I had to move in a hurry and gave away 2 complete running Flathead motors and a grocery store cart full of vintage speed parts. Nobody wanted to buy the stuff at the time.
How things have changed.
Torchie.
