I watched some TIG videos last night. I'm gona get a bottle Monday and practice up. I already have the 18ga so I'm gona give it a go....keep the 16 ga in mind if I have troubles.

I id pretty good today. I fit up and tacked 2 of the primary tubes today.....#1 & #4. Lot of tedious cutting, sanding and fitting the pieces on the belt sander. Used a gar wrench tailpipe cutter to make the straight cuts. Worked out nice.

I also realized something that might be cool. I started to mess with the next 2 tubes and noticed that the could go on the outside of the first 2 versus on the inside. I think it kinda gives me more of a busy'r look. I gota sleep on it and ponder it some more tomorrow..... whatda you guys think?

I'll include a picture from a guy who used this kit on his hemi so you can se how the look on the inside.... \

Looks great Coup. I like them on the outside like you said.

Thanks Bill. I really liked them outside as well but ended up going on the inside to tighten it up. I shortened up those runs a lot and they don't look so gangly. I have the 3rd tube tacked up and will work on number 4 tomorrow.

Third primary fit and tacked in....one more to go, then the other side.

One side all fit up and tacked. The square flange you see before the collector will be removed before the collector is welded on. It's just a place keeper for the 4 tubes.
