Wheels of Time - all the rest

These are some pics of the 1800 plus cars at 34th annual Wheels of Time Rod & Custom Jamboree held in Macungie, PA.

There will be more pics coming, but these should whet your appitite till I can get back to add some more.

We had good weather all three days and had a lot of people through the gates, so all the charities that we donate to, will be getting healthy donations this year.

OK...back from work and not golfing tonight, so here we go with some more pics from the show....







This one belongs to "bearcamp" on this site. Good guy! Enjoyed talking to him for a while on Saturday...check out the interior door panels (the one picture should look familiar from a thread he started a while back)

We had a couple of monster trucks there...one was giving rides all weekend long.....







And one was there to play! This one is diesel powered. The owner / driver says it pushes about 1650 horse power, plus he can add another 400 with the nitrous...I wonder if the Pookies will be close in the HP

We have a teeter totter that gets lots of action all weekend long. The idea is to balance your car (any way possible). If you do, you win a tee shirt. We give away lots of shirts through the weekend









Plus every year we try to have some kind of "special interest" group of cars...I think these qualify...especially in a small town

In addition to the super cars, we had a bicycle class this year. Brought back some memories from my childhood (a long time ago). Plus there were some cool ideas with some of the custom built bikes.





This was the winner in the "stock" class

Also, as part of our awards program, we give away two bikes to the kids every year.

Here are the award winning cars from this years show....no rules. A couple guys go out and pick what they like best....that's the extent of the judging for the top 15. We also have an NSRA safety pick along with a long distance award. Alan Johnson pin striping also picks his favorite for the best use of color

Can you tell me more about the orange truck with the Olds front end? I have never heard of an Oldsmobile truck but that looks great. Thanks for the awesome pics.

It looks like a Ford Effie with Olds front parts grafted on. Really Slick.

I'm interested in more pics RR. These were really good.

Very nice job on the pics Rodding, I like em. Too bad something rusty didn't win though,,,,lol
