Thanks guys. I haven't worked on it a lot. Divorce, doctor visits, customer work, yard work, house keeping, grocery shopping, regular job etc.. When I do get to work on it I seem to get side tracked and jump from one thing to another. A.D.D. is a pain to live with. It's a scary place inside my head at times. I think I figured out how to get the door tops to work. It will be a lot of work to make come out right but it should be worth it in the end. Time will tell. And i need a vacation.[;)[;)

The interior header over the windshield in the Dodge is full of holes as well.
As Big as they are i'd say more like rats then mice.[ddd
Torchie

Don't you just love piddly ass rodents. Tinkered on the passenger door A little. No Pics tonight. Only worked lining up the space where it was stretched. It's tough when the little bit of door top from the donor is almost too rotted to use. I have to cut pieces, parts and sections to make an inch and a quarter long part.

Can anybody guess where I was.

Here are a few pics.

The Pictures don't do it justice. There is probably 20 times or more to see. I have been 2 or 3 times before. Every time I bring a friend down here to my buddy's house I take them there so I forget How overwhelming it is.

Went to a swap meet at Sumpter County fair grounds this morning. Scored an under floor brake setup. Brand new for less than half price. A pair of exterior door handles and a box of 8mm Mauser cartridges. A good day.

Not any progress as far as working on the truck. I did go to a swap meet at New England Dragway today and picked up a track lock third member for a nine inch That needs a ring and pinion for cheap money. I also bought an HEI distributor for a small block ford thinking that it would fit my 5.0 motor. After getting home I looked it up and it turns out by the part number it is for a 351. It seems to fit and the only thing I can find that is different from the cam position sensor is that the tube that goes over the oil pump drive is a little shorter. It has about a 1/2 inch of engagement which is about a 1/2 inch less than cam position sensor. It seems like it will work. Am I missing some thing else?

Been working on the truck a little bit at a time. Made the bolt in K-member and added a cross member at the bottom of the kick-up in the rear. Both are made of .120 wall wall X 1.5" D.O.M tube. I also modified the master cylinder bracket so that it is closer to the frame and at the correct angle so the pedal will push straight. Moving the master to the left should give me enough room to run the exhaust between it and the trans. The next steps should be steering rack and headers. I guess it's time too spend some money that I don't have much of.[;)[;)
