Hello,
I just picked up a Ford 8.8 out of an 89 lincoln Lsc. Going to use in my next project. Disc brake, good ratio, inexpensive.
Question: should there be some play or runby in the differential? If i turn the pinion, im getting a bit of a "click" right now i am just cleaning this rear up, stripping it down, prep work. Looked at oil, its dark , but looks normal.
