So i built an onboard air system for my cummins tow rig. It fits up where the spare tire use to sit. My truck has bigger wheels and tires so the spare is useless. It will run my over load air bags, an air outlet for airing up tires amd my new train horns!!

Its not 100% done but working. Here are some pics and a short video on it

Is that a 24v compressor?
 
I had a set of those horns on my truck. The solenoid gave up after about 3 months. When I went to take it off, I found one of the bells also decided to fall off, and one of the others rubbed a hole in the one beside it. Disgusted, I took them off. Apparently, vibration is the enemy, the long bells move around more than you’d think. Mine were mounted in between the front tire and the fuel tank, following the directions that came with them. Doubt I’ll waste my money on another set....
