Weiand WCV 283

I have a 2x4 weiand intake with WCV 283 on it.. The carbs are Carter AFB..Anyone know what these came off of or any info on them?

Manifold is for a small block Chevy. AFBs were used on many V8s.

An intro would be nice and also a pic of what you've got would help identify it
