This guy tossed em he had several old cars and trucks 30's & 40's around his house and he gave those to the city,but tossed all the loose stuff. These are OEM

I've heard three versions for BLC.

1. Bright Light Corporation
2. Buick LaSalle Cadillac
3. Brown Lipe Chapin

I tend to believe #3...
