Maybe its been asked before, but why arent there any ratrods that are capable of being top dog on such shows as STREET OUTLAWS.

Those cars are all out drag cars. Never seen a all out drag rat, even though there may be some out there. This one is the closest I've seen, it runs a 460 Ford, and yes, he races it:

john is right and that truck will scoot on down the track pretty good. street outlaws is outlawed in my house as with most of the other car shows.

Here's an all-out drag rat my friend Ratso built....large by huge Chevy Rat powered, four speed, built strictly for the 1/4 mile.
