"Easy like Sunday Morning." Yeah. Right.
The calvary arrived and we pulled out the donor Dodge.
Cleaned things up and then set up the hood and front fenders.
No I can start to work on the front end when i'm not under the car.
That's it for me for today.
Going to spend the rest of it in rest and contemplation.
Keep on keeping on.....
Torchie.

Today was a lost day.
Woke up with a bloody toe.
This happened several times a while ago and it had subsided..until today.
The Drs have never been able to identify why it happens, and couldn't again to day.
Just dress it and keep an eye on it.
Back at it tomorrow. I hope.
Spent the morning listing extra parts for sale to see if I can generate some project funds.

1 Mount pad down. 9 more to go.
Started to strip the hood as well.

Thanks joedoh.
Another day. Another mount.
This is the DS boxed in one.
Very stout.
All 16 Gauge.
I also messed a a bit with mocking up peaking the hood.
I used 1/8 rod around the tail lights and license plate recess.
I'm think 3/16 on the hood as 1/8 sits into the seam too far.
The first hood pic shows the factory seam cover. This runs from the hood ornament down to the lower hood lip. I will remove this.
Thanks for stopping by.
Keep on keeping on......
Torchie

The thing about a '39 Ford pick-up is that that ugly grille kinda' grows on ya' after a while.

Not taking anything too seriously.

I like the peak. I never thought to use tape to visualize it like that. You're always teaching us something.
