I'm no authority, but Lil Boy isn't likely street legal. BC has some of the strictest vehicle safety requirements in Canada. Maybe the letter of the law allows for no front brakes and a hand brake only.

It is a very cool ride! But I really like lots of brakes.

It's has a lot of neat little details without being over the top. Every time you look at it, more details emerge.
