Here’s a 1965 Plymouth Belvedere with a Street Wedge platform using a 440 block that had very few miles on her since its restoration.

A young man while high on methamphetamine stole this Black Beauty and crashed it into a tree at a reported 150 mph.
It’s a miracle the car thief survived and his injuries are taking a long time to heal sufficiently for him to be
able to reasonably communicate with the Arcadia , California Police Department’s investigation.

Holy Cow! How could anybody survive that carnage? Such a waste of beautiful car. One of my favorites.

I bet when he recovers he sues the owner for letting him steal a car he couldn't handle.[ddd

Meth head got what he deserved, hope it takes a real long time for him to heal. Need to brand a "T" on his forehead so everyone knows he's a thief.

"Natural Selection" failed again! Maybe next time.:confused:

I agree, it failed on this one...perhaps the owner should help that selection process once the meth head heals(give him time to heal and he may remember it better while the large stones are hurlled at him by angry car guys!)

I spy something that was changed from the shoot to the wreck..... Wrong air cleaner top.....

Good eye there. It's different.

But it is the same car. I blew up the picture 300% and the wheel laying on the ground is the same one that was on the car. The pictures with the black air cleaner may have been taken before the 426 air cleaner was put on.

The story goes that the guy who owns it has a shop and the car was locked inside. The Father of the idiot who stole the car works for the owner and the kid stole the keys to the shop, got in, got the keys out of a locked box, pushed another car out of the way, and took off in this one. His GF was trying to stop him the whole time but he still did it.

You kinda don't wish harm to come to any human being, but in this case.......

Don

I agree, don't see how anyone could survive that!!
Don't really agree they should be dead, material things
are replacable, human life is not!! Even if it is a scumbag!!

You know in some foreign countries, when people steal they cut off their hands, and druggies are put to death. Real harsh punishment, but they may have a solution to all of this.
