New rear wheel openings are nearly done as is the hand formed new headlight bucket and front "fender"/nose section!

Started working on the rear wheel openings One side done! I will posting the video of the whole process a bit later today.

I was able to take the van out for its first drive recently. The electric reverse needed a stronger motor but everything else went better than expected. This is the new reverse motor. 200 ft lbs of torque. Have not tried it yet, but high hopes. Short drive video...

Progress on installing the new modified wiring harness and components.

Most of the controls are now attached to the sequential shifter. It works very well. Shame the chrome is so pitted from the salty air here.

One more to install

The stock bike radiator is in. I relocated it a bit higher up for hose clearances and better rear seat room. An unexpected bonus is that I can unbolt and drop the headers without removing the radiator first.
