Is it the phone booth closed cab A pickup?
If so, I've seen a few stretched in the panel right behind the door. In fact I thought someone used to make the panels but can't find them.

I think I have seen it done by using the rear side windows from a sedan or Fordor.

Could you install 'two door sedan' doors in the truck cab?
Try going on Google images and search stretched Model A pickup cab. there are some things to look at for inspiration.

Not if the truck started as a 29 A truck. They're completely different.

Find a 1930 Dodge cab.
Encouragement to stay on that path. At 6' with long legs I came really really close to doing that on my '30 Chevy truck but backed off the idea because I absolutely love the original shape of the cab.

I am putting an NV 3500 trans in it so the leg work will the clutch will be a little snug but raising the roof (5" in front and 6" in back) lets me raise the seat a fair amount helping that , If I could jump in the Delorean and go back in time, I'd stretch it....

Neighbor built one, and stretched the length of the doors and behind the doors both when he did it.

I would like to see a way more pictures of that stude, dude. Maybe different angles; anyhow that looks like a darn fine truck, Stude.
Rear doors were shortened to where opening is 6 inches. Cab is 54 inches from firewall to rear cab wall. That translate into90s ford ranger standard cab. The windshield header panel is like model a which is a red light blocker. It's been channeled 3 inches ,door bottom bobbed4 inches and roof chopped 3-1/2.

I cut down a sedan and made an extended cab pickup also. It's definitely been done and doable

A bunch of great ideas here. I just got done with my 29 Model A Sedan. My bride recently bought a 29 Model AA truck. I'm 6'1"/250, I'm gonna need some leg room. She, on the other hand, is 4'11.5" and she'll make sure you know about that last 1/2". I'll need to put the seat on rails for when I drive it. Can't really do that in a standard cab I dont think. They're tiny inside. Just trying to get me a plan in the thinking stage.

Those trucks are tight. I love the looks but at 6'2" and slim, I just don't fit. You can stretch it behind the doors, but getting in you have to move around the door opening. Stretching the doors makes it easier to get in, but it's harder to do and can look a bit funny. Most bigger guys I have known that have one have a super thin seat back against the back of the cab.
Sedan doors won't work as they're completely different from an AA. I remember seeing stretched quarter panels a while back, maybe it was Brookville?
Speedway has a 34 stretch cab but 6'2" will be a young man's ride.
