I’v been working on the truck a little. The shoulder is getting better slowly. I’ve gotten the exhaust mocked up and one side the pipes are all welded together. The welds are ugly but will hold. I’m still learning this tig welding thing. Stainless is harder than regular steel

I don’t know about New York or Tenn. The State of Rhode Island will use the same registration number for different classes number plates. The same number can be on trucks, cars, trailers, motorcycles antiques, etc. so the registration may still be legit. If you have a past reg.and title from out...

Another option may be to cut the extra axle shaft off with a cutting wheel.

Try going on Google images and search stretched Model A pickup cab. there are some things to look at for inspiration.

I think I have seen it done by using the rear side windows from a sedan or Fordor.
