I am confused, if the engine is at original height why would the trans hump need to be raised? is the body channeled over the frame? is this the motor and trans that came in the vehicle? we need more info and some pictures might help.

Find a old stretch limo or an old caddy ambulance or hearse cut off the top, slam it to the ground run 4 or 5 inch exhaust pipes on the rockers all the way to the rear wheel opening with the right wheel and tire combo... 3 rows of seats easy! P S. You would need to have a great hood ornament too!

Don, I had a chrome shop that would strip anything of of metal including zink for a very small charge. If you have one close you might give them a call.

I think you should take the time and go thru the build section here at RRR and really think what it is you want to build, Then if you have questions you can ask someone that has solved your problem. Good luck
