'70 Caddy on the side of the road I saw this sitting on the side of the road in Alamosa, Colorado. Not my cup of tea, but it did catch my attention. :D Great start for someone wanting a land yacht project.

It's an ex-roundy-round car. The owner is happy with it as-is. :)

There aren't many rules, as such. Cars must be pre-63, traditional in appearance, no real rules about drivetrain or tires, etc., but billet aluminum, steam-roller tires, and the like are frowned upon.

That's an old roundy-round car those guys found and got running. It's not fast, but they seem to be having a lot of fun.:)

Yeah, it's just for bragging rights and fun. No classes, no trophies. The pairings are sometimes pretty weird. :)

I spent the day at the venue where the Dirt Drags are being held. No racing today, just tech inspections, a free pig roast, and everyone checking out all the machinery. I thought I'd post some of the pics I took today, as I'll be pretty busy tomorrow, staging,racing,staging, racing, etc. :)
