cc, the seats came from a 93 Volvo 760 wagon. That was a sweet car until my Dad broadsided a big sign. Seats are leather, 6 way adjust with memory and heaters. Very nice for long trips. I just couldn't see letting them go to the scrap. There's a bunch of things I should've gotten off that Volvo...

Got the battery box mounted. It wouldn't fit under the back ledge so, it got mounted a bit farther out. Just looks like an old box sitting in the back. I ran a rubber vent hose from the box to out into the rear area. On to the next item. (whatever that's going to be)

I finally got my Toyota back together again and it somewhat works. A simple tranny change has been a real hassle. Hopefully, I won't have any more problems. Then, the brakes on my Dads' Pathfinder. Now, I can get back to some serious work. I've been carrying this old radio case around for years...

You got to be careful with Rockauto, too. They had a plastic fender, maybe five pounds, counting the box. The fender was 60 bucks but they wanted $160 to ship it. I call and asked and they said because of the size. But, when you go to Fedex, all they want is the weight. And ground ship is like...

I made all the mounts and got them on and was scared they might fall off. The mounts were heavy and didn't look good at all. I'll have to go back and figure something else out. I know a guy that's got a bunch of junked cars, that he hasn't even seen yet, and I'm going to corner him into going...

I knew an old man that had a Scout with the 345 V8 in it. He'd pull a 30' travel trailer with it. It would pull it just great. Stopping was another story. He claimed trailer brakes were for sissies.:eek:

I think junk in the carb but, you may want to check the EGR valve, if still attached. You can buy or make a plate to cover the holes if you want to remove the valve. If not working correctly, or hooked up wrong, it can cause all sorts of crazy things to happen. Good luck.

I think I may just leave the one before the pump. It sure doesn't hurt anything. And I've got a good spin-on I'll put before the regulator. It was going up between the reg and carb but, there's no place to put it away from the header heat.

A Yugo? I haven't seen one in a while. Kind of like the Diatsu. There used to be a lot around. I guess they all made their 4500 miles and went away.
