I agree with others on the lower lights, they look to big and in my opinion take away from the whole look of the car. You have built an amazing car and they just seem to take away from it.

Almost forgot to update this. Since we tore the chassis down I went ahead and smoothed out all the frame from the firewall forward. We got it prepped,primed and painted. Also put it back together. Priming it

We got a lot done on the car today, my dad relocated the throttle pedal and ran the throttle linkage. He also setup his brake pedal like he wants it. I made some wheel well fillers, still have to add a couple small pieces in the corners. Last but not least we tore it down for final welding.

Sounds like you got everything in order, sucks on how long it takes for your driveshaft. My local shops turn them out within 4hrs of drop off.

Build is awesome, and I thought the same thing about my key. Looks like a lawnmower key sticking out the dash. May have to try something like this.

This weekend we spent the day working on the transmission tunnel. They seem like something easy to build but always turn into a project and a lot of time. We are pleased with the way it turned out though.

Thanks for the kind words fellows, I haven't metal finished the hood yet. It is all tacked on but not smoothed out enough to where I wanted to get a pic of it. Maybe I can smooth it out and take a shot this weekend

Looking good, I was able to use all pre flared line from the advance auto parts. They have it in all different lengths and every time I tried double flaring it leaked. But I have done very little brake line flaring, just glad they have these lines as a option

Thanks, can't wait to take it to the first cruise in. It already gets tons of looks and questions just cruising through the neighborhood. There are very few cars in my area like this and most at least a half hour away.
