    Thursday at Gruber's

Ya'll probably know I use this thread as a catch all for the few shows I attend. The local Mopar dealer had a show 2 miles from home. I had the only ratty there. Visited with a couple friends and took a few pics. The red '32 roadster was owned by my classmate (rip John) and now is under the care...

1930 Dodge truck, not a Fargo

Still not ready to work on it. But, I pulled the junk away from it and took some pic. Your opinions please; Truespoke or 5 slot wheels?

    Big Block Bantam

Pistons and rods have arrived. The crank is still out. I had a spare pair of adjustable coilovers. Took the springs off and replaced the too stiff rear shocks on the Bantam with the coilover shocks. To get a better driveshaft angle the tailshaft of the trans was raised. I also changed the...

    A Bombers old style weekend

It seems like the traditional hot rod scene is very big across northern Europe.

Model A Pickup just another build !

That's the final finish on it, I hope. Cool to see it in motion. Do you have to set up a You Tube to post videos?

Wow, you found a passel of problems. Hope it runs well now. And, adapting/making tools is part of the fun.

    A Bombers old style weekend

I watch all the A Bombers videos. Those Scandahoovians sure do old school well. Notice they camp and consume adult beverages. Then drive home sober.

    Thursday at Gruber's

Kinda threatening weather so I drove the minivan. There's a dead mouse in the blower housing so the van really stinks and the fan vibrates badly while grinding up the poor little guy. Not easy to get to but I'll try getting the carcass out of there tomorrow. There was a a new, blue "48 Chevy...

    Big Block Bantam

Thanks for nice comments. Upon further investigation, I decided to have a spare 400 crank turned and buy new high performance rods and pistons. All I'll be using from the original block is the block. Should be around 400Hp, which in a 2300 pound car should be pretty snappy.
