WOW some very awesome cars & trucks at the Northfield cruise in... look for the old truck hillbilly looking camper with the new Corvette motor ( with crome air-conditioning pump ) under the hood along with many, many more... the show had a wide variety of cars... a nicely restored early 60's...

I often see parts listed on E-Bay as Model T, A ... were some parts interchangeable ( windshield posts, etc. ) hoods ??? to me, looking at pictures, the A & T's look similar, but maybe the A's were a little wider, & longer in the leg room area... is there a data base / website, that compares...

yes... seen pics that looked like sawed off half leaf spring packs, & one that had 2 stacked on each side ( I assume kinda acted like a 4 link ) ??? I don't know if these creations would be safe to drive ??? at highway speeds ??? don't know how they'd handle bump steer ???

In MN, with all the salt, probably as high as 5% of all "older" 4WD vehicles, have had a body swap... as long as the chassis is legal to the title... it's not uncommon to see car bodies on Blazers & Broncos, station wagon bodies on 4 X 4 truck chassis... & we don't have inspections on "regular"...

well...best I can tell, this is the "ugly" / wavy Ranger frame... my buddy with the fabrication shop has a 10ft break, I was thinking about maybe bending up some "frame covers" I wouldn't be able to make it straight & flat, but could possibly ( just using sheet metal ) make some frame covers...

I found this vintage rod... bigger heavier frame, Chevy or Dodge ??? looks like leaf springs in the rear... still looks kinda cool :)

maybe something styled more like this would look better on that type of frame ??? or... I run it through the 1st summer with tires back of the radiator, & the next winter I swap an I beam axle in that frame, ( modify the frame if needed ) & move the wheels forward then???
