I really think that would be your best bet. The 350 will pull that car along just fine. Like a said in the PM this 454 is crazy powerful, so probley not what you need for a cruzer. :D

I would not recommend that you sandblast the entire outter body as it will heat up the steel and warp it creating a whole lot of extra work to fix. However, I have discovered a great sandblasting media called Green Lightening. It cuts rust off faster that anything I've ever seen, and doesn't...

I found a web sight that I think is very interesting. www.gasfreedom.info. This guy has some technology that I've known about from other sources and it looks like he has a system that isn't crazy complicated. It may be something we could all benefit from.
