I think this guy poked holes and the ripped the metal to make the holes bigger some of them look real and some are not

check if your stock wheels have enough room for push through bullet caps sometimes the wheel is hub centric and the center of the wheel rides directly on the hub and there is no room for a cap the other option is a spider cap or some type of bolt on cap
