    I agree but its not my money and the final decision was his, I just build them. He did listen to me one a lot of things but he was stuck on the black wheels. I also lost out on these stupid stick on emblems on the front fenders, to me they just look cheap. But most everything else is top shelf.

    Project "SwitchBlade" Worked till 2 in the morning last night. Finally got the wheels and tires on along with a bunch of other stuff. The pic doesn't really show the wheels to good on the car but they do look great. Took it out on the 1st test drive at 1 in the morning, all I can say is WOW...

    I am almost positive the correct wheels and tires are going on today:rolleyes: We have been working very long hours 12 to 14 a day and it is really starting to come together. While it may not look like a big change it is.

    Thanks, just wondering because of S.S. work you have been doing. I have never checked into what is needed for S.S. welding with a mig but have to soon as I need to do a bunch of it myself. I have done it with regular wire but now I need to be able to polish it.[;)

    On top of the car projects I have been working on my house. Gutted this room because there was never any insulation in the 3 exterior walls. New sheetrock/insulation/wiring/trim and hardwood floors.

    Top is on, the body is going together, glass is in, and its running and man it sounds soooo good. Have 12 more days to finish it for the Syr Nats.

    I made one from a old Lugwig bass drum peddle (Speed King) and the linkage from the 65 Malibu that I am working on for my 52. Works great and took about 20mins.
