A couple of years ago I took the Plymouth to a car show @ Ft Knox & an older guy looks her over & says that he hadn't seen one that looked that bad in years.:eek: He also said that at least mine was driveable. :D:D I still get a big kick out of that.

I'm with the majority on the Edelbrock/AFB's. Very reliable out of the box, simler to maintain. Both our '47's have 600s on them & have had not a speck of trouble. Had used them on my old street stocker & even my modified with good results.

Spent the weekend moving things from the storage shed to the garage. Soon the wife will have her gardening shed all to herself. [cl

The slab is 4" fiberglass reinforced concrete over stone & poly. Joints were cut in after pouring. I'm in a real nice & quiet area of our county. 3.2 acres with a horse pasture about 100 feet behind the garage, plenty of trees on one side & very few neighbors to complain. :D

Had Action Buildings out of Phenix City do this one. Took a couple of weeks to get the building done but, at the time they had a mess of work going on on Ft Benning so I guess I was doing OK.

The show was Cruisin' The Heartland. It's in it's 2d year. We went last year & had a great time. The organisers didn't expect it to take off like it did.

We're here!!!! I got here the 1st, started work @ Ft. Benning the 5th. The wife's been here since Mother's Day. Just got the 'puter up & running last nite. The garage & carport are in progress right now. (Will have pictures up once I download the pics off Momma's camera) Maybe, we'll run into...
