Paint? I have considered just a clear coat of some type. Still not sure what product will stand up here in our environment. No plan for any body filler as I think the metal work needs to show through the paint. Was thinking satin black epoxy primer as the finish. Maybe some hand painted Celtic...

    Candy on bare metal?

I like the look of bare metal. Has anyone figured out clear on bare metal that will stick? Can you color the clear slightly to give a little color like old candy apple red paint?

Upside down callipers, how to bleed them.

That works for bleeding the line but you will still have the potential for air in the calliper. Pressure bleeding may work if there is enough flow.

OMG! that is funny. I forgot all about these guys. These guys can reline your brake shoes and pads. They did the shoes on my 1952 Dodge years ago. If your drums are out of spec they can reshape the surface of the shoes to match. Good guys. Thanks Crank!

Anyone know where to find front brake line specs? I need to choose front lines and can't find any spec info from which to make a choice. I need to know fitting types for each end, (that is usually not a problem) and the overall length. That is hard to find with out just getting the parts guy to...

Upside down callipers, how to bleed them.

Yeah, I know. That is a weird thing to do... but... This is required when the callipers are intentionally swapped from left to right in order to create brake line clearance or to disentangle a brake line installation and routing. The side to side swap puts the bleeder down and the brake line...

installed master cylinder Adapter worked. Had to trim the bracket a bit to fit it all in but looks good. Bought new rotors, pads and callipers for the 2003 Ford Sport Track differential I used. Also purchased adjustable proportioning valve as well as two 2 pound residual check valves. Now it...

Made a adapter for the brake master cylinder. Used a hole saw and a drill press to make big hole. A little rough but will not be seen often I hope. Need to go from the three bolt to a mid 60's two bolt Corvette style MS. couldn't find the bolts I needed today so will wait to do on a business day.
