I just had a glass guy cut down the stock windshield and for the rubber seal it is also stock with a piece cut out then glued back together to ensure a good seal.

I posted these over on my build thread but this might be a better place for them. It is on the road still some needs some of the interior work and the windows in the doors. Projects are never really done I suppose but I have been having a ton of fun with this one!

Nope no kidding I bought my first MIG welder about 2 weeks before starting the chop top. Just dove in and took care of business. I messed plenty up along the way but its all part of the learning process. Also don't underestimate what you can learn on you tube lol.

The custom banjo wheel made by Doug And the seats striped up looking badass! At its first car show from yesterday. And won a trophy! That's all for now but I'll post more as I finish let me know if you dig it. Thanks guys.

Then a ton of boring filler sanding more sanding then some additional sanding and it looked like this. Then torn down so Andy could work some magic on it. Then I needed to make some chassis repairs and spiff it up.

Then because I modified everything else the dash needed some flare. Some of the custom bombers Oh and a hinging wood bed floor to gain access to the clutch and throttle cable as well as the battery

Now it was time to build an awesome bed from scratch and so it would fit properly.

Then I had to close up the cab. Then get the chassis ready (yes I took off and sold the super nice white body) Decided the hood needed some attitude Then had to raise the engine trans and rear suspension 3.5" to lowered it way down without all the camber to hit the bed.

So about a year ago I started this build in my one car garage after buying an Eastwood welder and basic power tools. I think it has turned out not too shabby for a first timer to cutting welding and fabricating. A special thanks to a few friends who helped lend a hand when one was needed Richard...
