Here is my first pics of the project. I am putting my 1947 ford cab and bed on my 87 s10 frame. I will be using the s10 engine and all the parts. I am debating on how i want to lower it and if i want to chop the top. We will see how it goes. But i wanted to at least start a build thread.

I have a 1947 ford truck that i want to turn into a rat rod. I am trying to figure out what to do with the frame. I am looking at a 1987 s10 with a 2.4 It says fuel injected but it looks like it has a carb. What i am thinking is buying that truck taking it all apart putting my cab and bed on it...

I am new on this site from north dakota. I have 1947 ford truck as a new project this is going to be the first rat rot i ha e built and i am excited. I have a ton of experience with new cars and custom stuff so this is going to be a fun challenge. Anyways im sure ill be asking alot of questions...
