    LOL. Several lame reasons. Just looking for something a little different. Did not want to do any more welding and painting. Seems foil should face the heat source. I also don't like the idea of the butyl inside the cab in the event of a fire. Gotta get to driving this thing ASAP!

    copper plating busy week. I have figured out how to copper plate my rear signal light brackets. The bottom is unplated. I have been able to plate SS and previously chromed items in test mode ... so you may see the direction this is going:)
