Is anyone going to the Redneck Rumble in Lebanon Tenn Sept 16-17th. I'm on the east coast of NC and am going to make the trek. I talked to some guys at another show that said there would be 2000 cars there.

I created a monster. I bought Bob W's 27 Roadster for my wife and today she was in the garage in a 105 heat index washing it and vacuuming it out. It's been above 90 all last week and above 95 all this week with 90+ humidity. It's hot in southeastern NC.

I'm going to use a HD Sportster gas tank for my breather and I'll post pictures of it later.

Well I finally got the radiator and grill shell mounted, cab mounted, gas tank in and battery box mounted. I'm starting on the wiring Thursday night. With a lot of luck I hope to have it on the road in a month. I still have a lot to do but I'm plugging along.

My wife liked this chopped Nova.

I took a lot of video but not many pictures. We walked the show for two days and didn't see all of the cars.

There were around 3500 cars in the show. There was a parade on Thursday night with most of them doing burn outs right in front of us. We sat our chairs out on sidewalk in front of the motel and watched for an hour and a half. I've got videos but can't post them.
