I called and nobody knew anything. The Craig list link is non functional. I went yesterday to look at 64 Galaxie and the VIN plates were gone. Car is Black original paint automatic in rough shape but enough there to rebuild. Reported to Rock Island Illinois sheriff but they said no thanks not...
