1/4 elipical spring question

whats the best and easiest way to cut leaf springs???
im thinkin a hot saw or a torch.any advice would be great[

I use a 4 1/2" angle grinder with a .045" thick cutoff wheel.

We cut them wih an abrasive cut-off saw (hot saw). quick and accurate. Torch only if there is no other option and use a drag bar to get it straight.
