1930 ford model AA front axle

i have a front suspension off a 1930 model AA truck. is it possible to change out the front drums. to run normal drums. this has 1 1/2 ton wheels on it. i have a project i would like to use it on. but i don't want to run them wheels. can anyone help me.

40-48 ford brakes will work with minimal work. Im looking for a great site that shows it step by step, found it once and lost it.
