36 Ford Tudor Slant Back Brakes

I want to upgrade my mech. brakes to hyd. Can someone give me an idea on what I need and where I might be able to find it? The car is all original running and driving right now, but I am not to sure about the mech brakes. I took the drums off and inspected everthing and all looks good except the inner seals.
