46 Chevy straight axle

I have a 46 Chevy 3/4 ton with 8 lugs that i'll be using in my rat rod. My problem is the 8 lug wheels i have are bent to crap and i don't want to run 16" wheels in front if i have 15" in the back. I have a full set of 6 lug wheels and tires that were on my 68 c10. My question is would the hubs off of my c10 fit on the spindles of my 46? I'm also trying to do everything for next to nothing (as is everyone else with a rat rod) which is why i want to use what i have.

id try to take the hubs off the spindles and see if they will interchange. basicliy using hub and brg's

I dont think they will swap that easy.I know the bearings are different (ball v roller).But you might check a '46-'59.I think '60 when changed to roller style.

Dont think 3/4 and 1/2 ton will be interchangable.
