I am having trouble finding a master cylinder to fit a 1954 F250 pick-up. F 100 are a dime a dozen, but I am not sure of why a F250 is so hard to come by. I think it has to do with bore dia. My question is can I use the f100 or will it not be able to push enough fluid to do its job. If you can help me out, I would appreciate it. any direction on finding one would be great also.
I do not even have one to rebuild. it was removed when I found this doll.

I would highly advise using a later model dual reservoir master cylinder. With a early style single pot if you pop a line you have NO brakes. It should be fairly easy to adapt a dual reservoir M/C from a 60's or 70's Ford F250 with manual brakes. You will be much better off...

What he said^^^!!! Don't put a single on there unless you are doing a 100% correct restoration.

I don't know about the earlier Fords, but the 61-66 used a single and a Mustang dual res bolts directly in place of them - only the rod needs to be cut down. If yours used the same mounting bolt pattern, it would be a quick switch. While you're at it, think about disc brakes too.

Look for a two stage master cylinder with a seven inch vacuum booster, use a eight inch if you can fit it under the floor. Usually need a vacuum pump with the seven inch booster and a cam shaft that has some overlap to make enough boost vacuum.

You may need to modify a F10 piece to work. look here...

I will be doing this mod on my 49 Ford bobber I'm building.
