Sounds normal. I got a 350 for free, 30psi max, little more than 5psi at idle. It was free I got nothing to lose. On a side note, at work we have a Mack dump truck that shows less than 5psi at idle. It only has 100K on it and everything checks out.

My 350 idles at 45-50 and goes up to 65-70 going down the road. I have no idea why it is that high, it just is. Maybe the 15-40 oil I run. But the thinking on high oil pressure has changed over the years, it used to be we stretched the spring in the oil pump to get 80 lbs, but the new thinking is that too much oil pressure blows the oil past the bearings.

The oil pressure you are running is fine, and it will even vary due to the gauge you are using sometimes.
