A Few Flea Market Scores

Hit the flea market just outside of London Ontario earlier today. Didn't really have a list of needs, just went to see if there might be an item or two that might call out my name and say, "Buy Me, Buy Me!" Managed to pick up a complete econoline axle, drum to drum and tie rod still attached. They're getting to be pretty scarce in this area, kind of like finding 'hens teeth'. Found a nice small transmission for a lathe, 3 speed with reverse, need it for a vertical table lathe I'm building. It's the last 'parts component' I needed, everything else is just structural steel and plate, easy enough to come by.
Spent the afternoon with my 3 year old Grandson, he 'fixed' everything that was three feet tall or shorter. I just trailed behind him and picked up tools. I had a good Sunday!

Sounds awseome. I really miss the old flea markets they use to have around here. Now they are called Antique meets and the prices have skyrocketed.
