5" of bumper clearance . You are going to get nose bleeds at that jacked up ride height. Just kidding. Actually, I think it looks even better with the reduced rake Bruce.

Yep, low is cool, but in the real world it can be a problem if you really want to drive the thing. I agree with Gastrick though, yours looks better raised up that little bit. Nice truck all around.

Thanks for the comments y'all. It's good to have a 2nd, 3rd,,,,,etc, opinion. Helps to keep me honest & not blind by it being my work.

I know, that's a bit up there but, Momma can still reach the running boards w/o much trouble :p

Bruce, Truck looks really good! How does she like drivin' it?
She likes it real good. Tho, she didn't have the pleasure  of driving it w/the stock front end & steering. She does say that the sun visor has to go. It's distracting. So I guess I'll just have to put it on the Plymouth  .

Bonehead & don, I am still thinking of bringing the back down maybe 2". One of my projects for the truck this winter is to replace the rear & the springs.

ron, We like the color, too. Was painted like that when we bought it & the color grew on us. The rims are just a bit lighter (PPG 4300). Right now, the rears are a set of Ultra series 62's. Once I change the rear, all 4 rims will be the same. Caps, too, which are 49 Chevy style.

Gasser, rides fairly smooth, rear's a little stiff right now. But, she handles real good.

Rat33, I'll have to take that up with the owner.:D
